we welcomes you as a new customer.  Please read the terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information.

By using the Service you are bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and, as appropriate, elsewhere on our site, including but not limited to our Privacy, Refund and Copyright Policies. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you declare that you accept and authorize purchase(s) done by you.  Also, you understand that we reserve the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.  It also declares that –

You are at least 18 years old

You are authorized to purchase our service and are able to do so.

All information which is provided to you at here is correct and complete

You will comply with all laws and rules applicable to your use of the Services

The Service

we provides a dual method of support via phone and/or via a remote control session over the Internet. If you want to stay on the phone and follow verbal instructions by our tech support officer, then you can request to stay on the phone, or you can grant permission to us to connect to your computer and work on it in front of you. Remote session control, that we establish, can only be done once you agree to it and allow for the same. Our remote session process and technicalities of the remote access tool do not permit us to connect to your computer without your permission.

We will only take control of the computer registered with us, and we will not be responsible for any other computer. we will make every possible, genuine, and logical effort to fix your computer problem or to suggest the next course of action or steps towards resolution. we will work on your computer over remote session in front of you and will continue to educate you about the steps being performed and will confirm the resolution at the closure of the remote session or that particular call. we will not be responsible under any circumstance for data loss if that occurs.

You should not perform any kind of major troubleshooting or make changes to your computer without informing us during the time your computer is under warranty with us. We will not be responsible for any problem that may occur if you make changes, installations, updates, etc. without informing us.

Client Account

Please keep your password safe and secure. You should notify us immediately of any breach of security or unapproved usage of your record. Regardless of the issue, our company is not liable for any loss caused by any unapproved use of your account.  You may be required to give introductions, contacts and other information (“Registration Data”) as a condition of utilization of the Service. In case you give any Registration Data that is false, not present or, incorrect or our company has valid grounds to assume that such information is false, not present or incorrect, our company has the right to suspend or terminate your account and reject all present or future utilization of the Service. In the event this suspension prompts you to contract with another service provider, you are responsible for their charges and adherence to their Terms of Use.

our company may, at its sole discretion enable other expert associations to check a customer’s ability to get access to the Service through a private sign-on to another affiliation (“Single Sign-on”). You may stop Single Sign-on preference by contacting us.

Proprietorship

The content offered through the Service, consisting without limitation, the substance, programming, delineations, photos, sounds, music, accounts, etc (everything considered, the “Substance”) and the trademarks, engravings and logos contained in that (the “Etchings”), are validated by or asserted to us, and subject to copyright and other ensured enhancement rights under the United States and local laws and general conventions. Regardless, as set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the Content and trademarks are given to you, in its present condition for your information and individual use and may not be used, reworked, enhanced, transmitted, given, sold or misused for any reasons whatsoever as set forth in this Terms and Conditions. we spares all rights not expressly permitted in and to the Service and the Content

Refund Policies

Refunds can only be processed within 15 days of plan purchase from us.  Customers are not eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

 

  • If the problem has been resolved.
  • If we have not received a written request for a refund, sent to us, prior to the expiry date mentioned in the plan, we will presume that the problems have been resolved.
  • If we resolved one or more issues, and the customer confirms this in his/her feedback email, then charges for the support fee and the cost of software license (per computer or device) will not be refundable under any circumstances.
  • If we has been able to resolve one or more issues after 15 days of plan purchase, and customer still wants to cancel the plan, then an amount per per incident will be deducted from the total cost in addition to the setup fee and software license cost.
  • Once software, antivirus product(s) have been delivered to the customer in an email and has been installed on the customer’s computer or laptop.
  • Customer’s change of mind will not be sufficient to warrant a refund.
  • Once the customer replies to our payment authorization email with, “I authorize them”, in his/her mail or through electronic signed document reply, he/she is bound to our refund policy.

A customer will be eligible for a refund if any of the following criteria are met:

  • if we has not been able to resolve at least one issue for you within the first 15 days of your plan. 
  • we may, at its sole discretion, and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of support plan charges, after deducting the setup fee and the cost of any paid anti-virus, and any other paid software which has been provided free of cost with the plan.
  • The problem is out of the scope of the specific plan.
  • Customers have all the pre-requisites which were required to resolve the issue, and the problem was not resolved.
  • Within 48 hours of the issue resolution, and a confirmation from the customer after the issue was last worked on by us. 
  • The refund will be processed only after receiving a written request by the customer sent to our mail along with the reason for a refund.

 

*Under no circumstances will the amount of the refund/claim exceed the amount paid by the customer to us.
